Contact and billing details: artist name, first and last name, email address, and optionally phone, social handle and label or management.

Project details: song titles, treatment instructions and the audio files you upload.

Uploaded audio is stored in private storage that is not publicly browsable, and is accessed only to complete your order.

Files are never shared with third parties or used for promotion without written permission.

Card details are entered on the secure checkout page of our payment processor. This website never sees or stores card numbers.

Order status pages are protected by a private lookup link, or by matching your order number with the email address used at checkout.

For privacy requests, including deletion of your files after delivery, contact Doc Johnson Audio Services through the email address on your order confirmation.
