Refund Policy
Editing is custom work, so refunds are handled case by case with a clear rule set.
Before work begins
If you cancel before editing starts, your order is refunded in full.
After work begins
Once editing has started, the completed portion of the work is non-refundable because it is produced specifically for you.
Unstarted songs in a multi-song order remain refundable.
Revisions first
If a delivered file does not match the instructions on your order, it is corrected at no cost under the included revision round.
Rush delivery
If a rush or same-day order misses its stated target for reasons within our control, the upgrade fee is refunded and the order continues at standard priority.

Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and what you would like corrected or refunded.
